A1:Yes,we are a professional manufacture of the thermal materials factory over 18 years.
Q2:Could you offer free samples?
A2:Yes,we could offer samples for free,but if you want to printing your logo and need very big large size,maybe
need to charge a little samples fee,the samples fee will be return as part of deposit after your enough orders.
Q3:Could we visit your factory?
A3:Yes,Kuliwei very welcome all customers and friends to our factory,we could have some tea.
Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A4: Yes, we could offer the sample for free , but not including the shipping cost.If it is a sample order, you can
place an order directly, and we will take the initiative to contact you to confirm that we can provide the quantity and style.
Q5: How to customize a sample?
A5:If you are ordering a unique sample that we don't have in stock, you need to provide all the details, it will be better
if you can send a sample for our evaluation. Customized samples maybe need new molding, which will cost molding fee.
We will check your sampling requirements, then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 3-5 days, depending on detailed samples.
